Anxiety Counseling & Therapy

Anxiety Counseling, Worry and Stress Therapy

Many people experience occasional anxiety and worry in their lives, but others may become trapped in a seemingly endless loop of nervous emotions. This can manifest in different ways, such as panic attacks, phobias or obsessive-compulsive tendencies (OCD). Sometimes it exhibits itself in worrying that is difficult to stop.

Anxiety can also present itself as a general, but ever-present, feeling of nervousness without a specific troubling worry. Regardless, anxiety is one of the most unpleasant emotions to endure.

Therapy for Anxiety – Treat It At the Source

Through my approach to anxiety counseling, I can help you break the counterproductive cycle of anxiety and worry so you can embrace the opportunities your life holds for you. For example, we can clarify what you are truly afraid of (it is not always what you think it is at first). Once we identify the real source of your anxiety, we can go to work on helping you address and confront those anxiety-inducing patterns.
