I understand your concerns and offer you an interactive approach to therapy that is as comfortable as it is effective, and is designed to help you achieve your goals as soon as possible.
Some clients have told me that they tried psychotherapy in the past and shared much with the therapist, but ultimately left feeling they received little in return. That’s because many therapists sit quietly in the background and do not offer constructive feedback or tell you what they are thinking. I approach things differently and in my 14 years as a therapist in Manhattan, I have always been straightforward and interactive with clients.
